NPA's prime responsibility apparently lies in developing professional competency of the senior police officers through conducting foundation as well as advance training courses.
Within the context of the changing World NPA focused on the need to modernize the training to accommodate constructive image of the police force within the society by focusing virtuous services.
Moreover, within the pretext of global village, NPA committed to ensure democratic norms and values together with international police standard.
To accomplish this objective needs sufficient and well trained police personnel which is impossible to envisage without the efforts and the contribution of the training institute.
NPA is solely responsible for conducting basic and advanced programs of the police officers.
